Khalil Jaouni, co-founder and partner of Atlas International, currently holds the position of General Manager of Aregon eBanking Services, a business service provider focused on outsourcing to banks in the areas of eBanking and back-office processing. Khalil has enjoyed a 15-year consulting career at Accenture / Andersen in the Middle East, with an 18-month mid-point stint in London. Before assuming the GM position at Aregon in 2002, he has held Partner positions at Accenture / Andersen for more than 5 years, where his focus was mainly on the financial services industry, and more recently on Customer and Channel Solutions (mainly contact centers and multi-channel banking). In that capacity, he led more than 20 CRM related projects at 10 different clients. During his career, he gained deep expertise in transforming companies, from business strategy, and organization, to process and technology. He contributed to transformation programs at 30 financial services institutions, 4 stock exchanges, in addition to companies in manufacturing, healthcare, and telecommunications. He served leading banks in the Middle East and globally, including JP Morgan where he participated in developing the strategy for global payments and cash management at the Bank. Khalil is an honors graduate from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA.
